Installation/Registration Questions
Q: Do I have to have register my software?
A: Yes. The software must be unlocked within 30 days of installing
it by performing the registration online. After 30 days, you will be unable to
use the software until it is unlocked by either registering it or entering an
Activation Code.
Q: What if I want to install WarGen! on a computer that does not have
an Internet connection?
A: You may e-mail us your registration information and we will send
you an Activation Code that you can use to unlock your software.
Q: How do I request an Activation Code?

Registration You need to include your Serial Number that you received when
you purchased WarGen! and your e-mail address that you used when you made the
purchase.
Q: I receive an error stating that I have already installed my
software twice and that I cannot install it again.
A: To prevent software piracy, we monitor the number of times a
particular serial number has been registered. We allow everyone to install
WarGen! twice (we know that there will be legitimate reasons to re-install your
software). If we notice a particular serial number being registered multiple
times by different people, we assume that the software has been pirated and we
prevent the software from being used. If you are the legal owner of the software
and you need to re-install it again, you can e-mail us at:
Registration and we will reset your registration count for you. You need to
include your Serial Number and your e-mail address that was used at the time of
the purchase along with an explanation of why you need to re-install the
software. Please note that you are legally permitted to only install the
software on one computer.
Usage Questions
Q: How do I create a warband?
A: Click on the Warband button in the main warband generator search
screen. Select the options for your warband (i.e. Faction, total points, etc.).
Change the search criteria in the main warband generator search screen to match
the kind of creatures you are looking for. When you find a creature you want to
add to your warband, select them by clicking the row selector to the left of the
picture. Click the Add to Warband button and you'll see the creature added to
your warband screen. The program will keep track of how many points you've used
and and how many you have left.
